Pick Your Style

What does picking a style mean? RAWM has predesigned styles or we can create your own custom style. Our styles have been created by our design team to blend the perfect floral vessels, floral design, linens and dinnerware. By choosing one our styles we are able to achieve the look and feel your desire without countless hours on unrealistic pinterest boards. We do update our styles yearly to keep up with the trends. The best part of the process. All you have to worry about is getting dressed and showing up. Our clients can choose how involved they are in the process. The number 1 comment we get is how pleasantly surprised couples are. How everything is better than expected. We will book and coordinate with all vendors included in your package. You get to do the fun stuff like pick your style, choose your menu, shop for a dress ect. We will keep you in the loop and reach out when it is time to make decisions on certain things. SO let us worry about all the little details, vendors and coordination so you can relax and enjoy your engagement.

What is included?

With RAWM we include everything needed for your Elopement, Ceremony Experience or Full Wedding Experience. Elopement Experiences 2 Guests Include: Venue, Officiant, Floral, Photographer, Coordinator, Wine and of course cake! Ceremony Only Experience 2-20 Guests Include: Venue, Officiant, Floral, Photographer, Coordinator, Rentals, Wine and of course cake! Full Wedding Experience 10-200 Guests Include: Venue, Food & Beverage, Venue, Officiant, Floral, Rentals, Entertainment, Photographer, Transportation (when needed), RAWM Coordinator and of course cake!

Can you provide your services at other venues?

Yes we are happy to create a custom quote for you even if you already have a venue or prefer one not on our list. We are also happy to research and find the right venue if we do not show one that interests you. We have visited and worked at a good majority of the venues in our area.

What other service does Run Away With Me offer?

We love all things related to celebrating a wedding and we know the area well. We offer a lot of other services. We plan Welcome Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Custom Wine Tours, Proposals and Vow Renewals. RAWM can also add any extra needs for your wedding like videography, photobooths, classic cars, upgraded decor, live bands and more. Just ask and we can make it happen!

What is your reservation policy?

Like the majority of wedding businesses we require a non-refundable deposit to begin planning your wedding. We also pay non-refundable depsoits for your event to the vendors included in the package. The desposits and payments made ensure the date is reserved for the venue and servcies you have requested. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This is very standard in the wedding industry and we appreciate your understanding. For this reason we require you obtain wedding insurance. Why do I need wedding insurance?

We require wedding insurance for any event costing 5K+ so that your investment is protected. Wedding insurance can cover thiings like illness, death and change of heart. It is affordable and well worth it. We recommend Wedsure or talking with your own insurance company. Unfortunately we founf out this year that majority of wedding insurance plans did not cover a pandemic. Please see below for more on policies regarding Covid-19.

What happens if Covid-19 affects my wedding plans?

Now that we have made it through a year of this pandemic and planned many successful weddings in 2020 we are feeling very confident about 2021 and 2022. After rescheduling many large weddings last year we have new agreements with our venues and vendors. If your wedding cannot take place on the day it was scheduled due to goverment guidelines or travel restrictions Run Away WIth Me will postpone your wedding at no additional charge or fee. Please note any changes to guest count will be discussed and may not change the price of the package.
